Anti-Spam features in Exchange 2010 SP2

Good day, 

I have an Exchange 2010 SP2 deployed in my organization. 2 servers one Mailbox Role & other one Hub/CAS Server. I dont have an Edge Transport server. 

have enabled Anti Spam agents using command: Set-TransportServer –Identity 'CorpSvr127' –AntispamAgentsEnabled $true

My question is , will these features work without edge transport server ? if yes, how can i monitor the blocked spam emails?
