Gmail and Internal emails are going to junk folder

We have issue with good and internal emails going to junk folder. We have Exchange Server 2010.

Before hitting the Exchange server we have MailWatch/MailScanner that marks the emails 'Clean'. There is no additional filtering that would prevent these emails to go to recipients' Inbox. Employees get these gmail and other good emails in Junk folder. 

Help !
