After adding a signature line to my Hub Transport Rules, all of the emails turn into double spacing once they go out to the recipient.
I know that this is HTML coding and a full break is added in each time the user hits the enter key as opposed the old break (<br>).
Is there any way to change this or, is this something that I am stuck with?
Here is an example of what the email looks like when it is composed:
Dear Bob,
Thank you for you recent inquiry. We are excited about working with you.
Our goal is satisfaction with all of our vendors.
Please call us if you have any questions.
Bill
