Add SmartHost Addresses for Relay

Hello All,

In Exchange 2003, if I wanted to add valid smtp relay server addresses, I would go to ESM -> Protocols -> SMTP -> Default Virtual SMTP -> Properties -> Access -> Relay button

And here I would add valid relay server addresses from my external mail filter service.

Where would I add these addresses in Exchange 2010?
