Hello
One office user can receive mail from all external domains except from one.
When an e-mail is sent from the problematic domain to this office user the mail bounces back with an error
<user@officedomain.com>: Remote host said: 550 5.7.1 Relaying to officedomain.com not allowed [RCPT_TO]
The problematic domain shares yahoo.com to send & receive e-mails to its users. So the e-mail will be passed from the problematic domain to yahoo form where it would be routed to the recipient's domain. Every other external (including freemail accounts)
can send to this office user.
I had a look at the mail message tracker on the Exchange server and noticed the mail never arrived on the server.
This leads me to believe that the problem is between the problematic domain & yahoo.com. However I have no idea where to start troubleshooting other than
contact the support desks for both the problematic domain and yahoo and ask them if they can check the logs.
I did a google on the problem before I posted this and found the below 2 links, but they are not related to my problem. :(

Does anyone have any suggestions?
TIA
